I didn’t get my Activation key but I paid for a license, when am I getting it?

Answer:

You will be emailed an Activation ID and a URL along with your receipt within 24 hrs of payment. To activate your product, follow the URL and there will be instructions on the Activation page.

When will I receive my receipt of payment?

Answer:

You will receive a receipt of payment via email within 24hrs of purchase. This is to allow us to verify the funds and process the order.

I haven’t received my product media / CD yet, when am I going to get the product?

Answer:

All of our software is available for download and not provided in retail packaging. This allows us to keep costs down for our customers.

What is your return or refund policy?

Answer:

We offer a 30 day trial of the product. All purchases are final sale.

We need custom web parts, do you offer this service? Or other services besides packaged software?

Answer:

Yes, we offer a variety of services to our customers; including web part development, dynamic reporting tools and custom applications. Please contact sales@webfox.ca for more information.

What level of support do you provide on your products?

Answer:

We offer email and phone technical support on all of our products for 90 days of purchase. We offer general support for the lifetime of our products.

We purchased a product last month and a new release is available, are we able to upgrade for free?

Answer:

All current version feature releases for our products are free. Version upgrades may be purchased at upgrade costs.

What is the Customer Purchase Plan? Do you offer any other benefits for being a Webfox client?

Answer:

Definitely, we call it our Customer Purchase Plan. Subscribed customers receive quarterly mailings of discounted applications and web parts from our company.
